Anundoram Borooah is a monograph on the life and works of the great Sanskritist and the first ever Assamese Civil servant Anundoram Borooah. The book is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on the life of Anundoram Borooah giving a brief sketch of various stages of his life, education and career. The second part deliberates on the works of Anundoram Borooah. It includes his publications on various aspects of Sanskrit language including Higher Sanskrit Grammar, A Comprehensive Grammar of Sanskrit, Selections from Sanskrit Classics etc. This section also provides a classification of his works under six different categories. Part three of the book sheds light on the personality of Anundoram Borooah and his influence on various sections of the society.
